This Salon was very good looking from the outside and seemed to always be busy so I decided to make an appointment to try them out. I arrived early for my appointment and they didn't seem to fussed and set me up in a chair to wait. I ended up having to wait about 40 minutes into my appointment before they had someone available to do my hair, which was disappointing as I noticed on a couple of occasions just walk ins and they were done before myself as they knew staff members.
Because of how late they started my hair the hairdresser refused to colour my hair and said that she wouldn't have time to even blow dry. I was not pleased and after the manager came over and said we still had time and that two people could work on my hair did she start, wasting another 20 minutes for nothing. She didn't say another word to me and was quite rough with my hair pulling on it when she wanted me to move slightly.
The end result was horrible and nowhere close to the colour I wanted and after seeing the colour I didn't feel comfortable with them cutting my hair and was forced to still pay the full amount as they said I had taken up the space which could have been another appointment for them. I now see another hairdresser in the same complex who saw the mess they had done to my hair and this new hairdresser fixed everything and cut my hair and only charged me half the price because of the horrible stress it put on me.

The Cheesecake shop is always a winner in my books. The choices are great and quality exceptional. You can even choose to have half n half cakes if you just can't decide or catering to many. It's always fresh and service is great.

This Coles really has an exceptional fresh food section with competitive prices. It continually seems to boom with a lot of business, so be prepared for crowds and having a good eye for bargains and snapping them up before they go. It has a large range of products and good quality.
Downfalls include that if you want peace while shopping then you might need to come during the weekdays when it isn't peak time. Family shoppings is not pleasant and generally the tag along of kids does make the experience for other shoppers miserable when you have irrate parents and screaming kids. This store is never lacking that.
service is generally lacking and slow through checkouts and lack of checkouts open can be frustrating sometimes too.

Great environment for a catch up without the hassle of the food court noise and traffic.
Service was great but prices a bit high. Overall a nice place and worth visiting every now and then.

I didn't even know this place existed until going for a drive into the Adelaide Hills not long ago we noticed the sign for the nursery driving past the The Gully Pub in Tea Tree Gully. The nursery is amazing, like walking trails almost and the range is endless. Even just walking through to see the view is well worth the trip and the cafe is a nice bonus.
Value is a bit of a downfall as you are paying quite a lot but quality is exceptional and service is really good.

This Post office is always a pleasure to go into to handle all the weekly bills and mail. The service is great but avoid peak hour times (after school, lunch time) as you can sometimes be waiting up to 15 minutes just to be served.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great local post office.

This pet store has a lot of room for improvement. Service was non-existent, if you had an enquiry or wanted to purchase a product you had to approach the staff and there is no smile or hello when you enter the store and look around.
It is very cramped and there is no organisation to the products in the store. Pens are usually very cramped or over filled with kittens and puppies.
Products are very over priced, I have been to other leading pet stores and have found the same products at half the price or less and better ranges of products aswell.
I think this pet store relies on it's livestock for business and unless it improves on it's products and store layout may loose a lot of business.

Round the corner from my house this shop is a great convenience and great quality takeaway shop.
Great quality flavours and toppings this pizza shop is good value.
Service is great and the shop is very community orientated with local charities and great promotions.

Just around the corner from where I live this is the best local takeaway shop.
Food is always fresh and great tasting. Service is great and always a friendly smile even when they are under the pressure on weekends and evenings.

My family has been going to Europa clinic for years and our family doctor always tries to see us when we need to go there and if he isn't able to they are always able to get us an appointment the same day we ring with one of the other GPs.
Always friendly and understanding. Only downfall is waiting times can be on the long side.
