I worked at Stella Asia Pacific in Fortitude valley Brisbane recently this company CCA had taken on the cleaning service there. We are appalled at the quality of service we get from them. The staff have broken English they use many excuses not to clean up mess the toilets always are dirty. [Retracted name and identity] is a foolish man and has no idea about cleaning just money he rips the company off with supply we might have to get rid of them hopeless company

CCA did the carpet steam clean in my rental apartment at the end of my lease when I moved out. I chose CCA mostly because this was the company recommended by the agent for the property.

Overall the service was really good - they picked up the keys from the agent and did the clean after I moved out. I just left the cash in the apartment to pay for the job. Also, the contact who dealt with the job was very accommodating - I had to change the timing of the clean a few times due to delays with me moving out and they worked around this.

The quality of the carpet clean seemed pretty good and also dried reasonably quickly.

Regarding price, this was one of the cheaper companies I found as I got quotes with a few others before booking this company.

I think the company normally do larger jobs such as full apartment cleans and office cleans but they didn't seem to have any problems just doing the carpet in the apartment. Overall, I was very happy with the job.
