Michael reviewed photos of my stove top via email and provided advice without charging a thing!

A competitor I called were going to charge a very large fee to take a look - but after getting the advice from Michael I didn't need a technician in the end at all (so saved the cost of a call out).

I have come here a few times now each time I visit Melbourne and it never fails to disappoint. The flavours are really great - fresher and tastier than your average Chinese restaurant.

The duck is awesome, I love the fish, the fried rice has a great slightly smokey flavour, and the vegetables have a crisp refreshing taste. Actually, everything I've had so far has been really good. And nothing is too oily either.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. The setup inside is nice, modern and comfortable.

I definitely recommend it if you are after something a step up from your local Chinese restaurant!

I got my haircut (men's haircut) here after someone told me it was good.

I called ahead to see how busy it was then turned up 20 minutes later as there was a spot to go in. When I got there I waited a couple of minutes and the hairdresser started on my hair.

The hairdresser was really friendly, she did a great job and the price was the cheapest I've paid for a haircut in a long time! - only $15. Awesome value!

CCA did the carpet steam clean in my rental apartment at the end of my lease when I moved out. I chose CCA mostly because this was the company recommended by the agent for the property.

Overall the service was really good - they picked up the keys from the agent and did the clean after I moved out. I just left the cash in the apartment to pay for the job. Also, the contact who dealt with the job was very accommodating - I had to change the timing of the clean a few times due to delays with me moving out and they worked around this.

The quality of the carpet clean seemed pretty good and also dried reasonably quickly.

Regarding price, this was one of the cheaper companies I found as I got quotes with a few others before booking this company.

I think the company normally do larger jobs such as full apartment cleans and office cleans but they didn't seem to have any problems just doing the carpet in the apartment. Overall, I was very happy with the job.

Andrew completed a pre-purchase inspection of an apartment. His inspection seem quite thorough, covering off both the interior and common exterior areas as well as the roof.

I cannot compare the quality of this report against other inspections as I have not had any others completed for me. In general this was satisfactory.

The service was very good with Andrew arriving early and spending ample time walking me through the inspection results and answering questions after the inspection.

The cost of the inspection was higher than other quotes I received for inspection.

I had to cancel my original carpet cleaning appointment after Darren had already shown up (please try not to do the same) and he was very good and understanding about it.

Darren was very friendly, was on time, did a thorough job without any stuffing around, treated a couple of stains and did it all for a very good price.

I was very happy with the job and would have given higher rating than 3 for quality if I had other comparisons. I would be happy to go with Straight Up Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control again.
