I had only been to this bank twice as it was near my workplace so I could apply for a Platinum credit card. They had failed to process my application so I return to this outlet and they admitted they have not been processed but also could not find the application (though it was in the system). After a month, I had followed up with a different bank outlet and they said the application did not get sent through.
