Sold me a used or damaged item as new

I bought an item from DWI and it was delivered very quickly in early March 2017. However, the drama started when I opened the parcel.

The packaging arrived open as I thought it was part of their quality control before despatch. Upon inspection, there were scratches on the side of the phones. When I open an eBay return case, ebay offered 10% stocking fee. The seller had asked me to closed the case and send the item or inspection back to item. I made the mistake and followed their instruction. I had to follow up after they received it 2 weeks earlier, their RMA department concluded it has only sold to me (but I have stated this arrived comestically damaged) and their gave me an option having to accept the item or offer me a 80% refund. This was never stated anywhere in their terms and conditions.

Because they had asked me to closed the return case, the item is now not listed in my eBay activity. I had asked eBay and PayPal to assist but they kept directing me to the other for assistance.

The burger was nothing to rave about (probably because I had the vegie burger). It tasted like the ones at City Extra. But you definitely get heaps of food for your money.

Approximate cost: $6.50

Used their service to find out the current rental prices in my area. However, I will still need to check out the places personally to price my rental property. Site is easy to use and the the search engine is better than others.

As with all other OfficeWorks, this place has large variety and excellent prices. However, their service is terrible where staff takes no pride in their job. But if you know what you're getting, then it's a great place to pick up office stationary and supplies

I have been here many times but the quality has declined over time. The last time I went to this place, the guy rushed my cut and finished in 10 minutes cause he had to go to lunch. The service is great with coffee for yourself and for your waiting companion.

The eggs and the muffins in the breakfast menu are prepared well. Their order taking has been spot on. Place is always clean inside but a bit untidy outside.

I had been to this cafe a few times but on the last occasion, the manager who took my order had decided to write an order of two main dishes instead on a dish with a side dish. After some heated discussion and when she started to realised she was in the wrong, you kicked us out of the cafe.

The accountant that did my tax return was all about doing the taxes as quick as possible and failed to listen to some information that could have been included in my tax return.

I had only been to this bank twice as it was near my workplace so I could apply for a Platinum credit card. They had failed to process my application so I return to this outlet and they admitted they have not been processed but also could not find the application (though it was in the system). After a month, I had followed up with a different bank outlet and they said the application did not get sent through.

Unless you're an expert or know someone from the destinations you're intending to travel, this site is a must to gather information and plan for your holiday. I like the accommodation review and the discussion of tourist attractions on the website.
