I usually hate doing my banking because of the time you wait to get served, however doing business with the Commonwealth Bank at Hornsby is fantastic. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Due to the service given by them in the last few years, we now have all our business tied up with them. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are needing a bank in the Upper North Shore area of Sydney.

I was amazed at how large this bank is yet the queue was not long at lunchtime when I went to deposit cash at the tellers. Service was quick & efficient.

I went in to deposit a cheque for my daughter as she has an account there. I did not have her account no or card. In the begining they were not keen to do it but after I gave them more info like where and when the accounts were opened they agreed to do it but said they could not give me her account number or balance I agreed to it and they kindly preformed the transaction
