I have banked with CBA all of my life although I previously had accounts with different banks in addition to CBA. I have dealt with staff over the past couple of weeks to consolidate debt and save money. I am very impressed with the service I received and am extremely happy with the interest rate. Although it took a few extra days than we expected we did take into consideration how busy they were but I feel they still needed more staff working. The only thing I can really complain about is that a message wasn't passed on to our manager as she was waiting for our call so there was also a delay there but other than that the staff I dealt with were very happy and wanted to assist.
