I purchased a deal voucher back in April. Initially, the business advised me that I could not have a sunday booking until August, so I booked it in. Come my appointment in August, I turned up and was surprised to find that the business was actually not open. I called the mobile number, it went straight to message bank. No return phone call. I tried calling another four times during the week, leaving my name and number all times, without receiving a phone call back. I then blocked my number and to my surprise, my call was answered. I was rescheduled to October!! Now in October, I received a phone call advising that my appointment needed to be rescheduled again due a work commitment at another business. I just wanted to warn people against purchasing a voucher that you may never get to use. When I called the deal company, they advised me that they had another 18 different cases with this same company.
