Kara diagnosed the problem and gave me the result and what I needed to fix it. she built me a new PC and backed up all my data, for an extremely good price. Cannot recommend her work enough.
Ryan then followed up with help getting my old monitor to work with a new graphics card.

They are very helpful and when I needed extra time for my lay-bys they were really nice about it and that it wasn’t a problem. I had bought a refurbished laptop after having bought a computer from them a few years ago. They were very helpful in helping me choose one and explained a lot to me about it.

I needed a refurbished laptop so I went to Compute Your World as the last one I had was form them and lasted me a long time. Got one much cheaper than I'd pay for new and Ryan transferred everything onto it very quickly. The only thing was my printer was not compatible with the new laptop so I had to buy another one but it was not for lack of trying from Ryan. Thanks for your great service

I went into Compute Your World believing I had a virus on my phone, I was very relieved to be told it was only an ad. This ad was quickly blocked then other tasks were done to avoid this problem happening again. I thank you very much and will gladly recommend you to anyone with phone or computer problems.

I have put both my computer and phone in for repairs.
On both occasions I got excellent prompt service, in particular on the occasion when I could not charge my phone due to sand getting into the access point they immediately saw the problem and rectified it straight away. They did NOT charge me for that service. As someone who is not entirely IT literate I appreciated their honesty and impeccable customer service. I highly recommend this business.

My Ipad glass was crushed under the weight of a very heavy chair, it also looked like the bottom perimeter of the actual Ipad frame was also damaged. I rang several businesses and it seemed the going rate was between $129 to $169 to get it repaired. Compute Your World charged $79 and my Ipad looks like nothing had ever happened to it. Very pleased and highly recommend.

The helpful staff when I took my old laptop in so bought a new one and they downloaded all my programs etc at no extra charge and I have always found them very courteous and helpful and some times no charge as they fixed up my error how about that Isabella Whiting
