Staff are very friendly, informative and helpful, service is of great quality and they won’t tell you something need done if it doesn’t, very honest and upfront. Repair times are always very good.

I was looked after by a young lady named Kara yesterdy 12/1/21 she was the most respectful and patient person I have encountered in many years.
At 76yrs old and very "ignorant" as far as computer and mobile phone are concerned, I would like to express my gratitude to Kara as well as the rest of the staff as I have been there before and have always been treated with courtesy and respect by everyone there.

Excellent service and knowledgeable

The customer service is excellent with very fast repairs. The staff are very helpful explaining the steps required and the cost of repairs is very good.
Karra ,the team member who helped me and rang to inform me about the cost . As soon as the job was finished, Karra who was very pleasant to deal with, rang and I was able to pick it up and it works brilliantly . Thank you to the staff.
