Computer Function

I've purchased quite a few computers and servers through Computer Function and I have found them to be very reliable and good value for money. I've found them to be much better value for money than leading computer manufacturers such as Dell and they have good service.

I went to buy my partner a computer for christmas. Computer function were advertising computers on special. I called them up and ask them if they had one of the specials in stock. they told me they did.

When i went to their store they told me they were sold out and then told me they will build me a custom one. This custom one cost $200 more. When i asked them y so much more he said its a lot better and he gave me a deal.

I came home and showed my partner and my partner went through the specs. Turns out the custom computer was more or less the same as the one on special. They basically told me they did not have any specials in stock then proceeded to build me a "custom" which was the same as the special yet they charged me $200 more.

I called them up and asked for a refund. the manager told me "i should have known what i bought" and refused to refund anything.

Office of fair trading is looking into it now. BUYER BEWARE. Computer function ruined christmas for me.

Got a good computer, but they were horrible to deal with. run weeks behide and gave incorrect information.

I recently purchased a computer package from the guys at computer function. They helped me piece together a package suitable for my needs and really assisted me with their knowledge. I have had a few issues with the computer, but were quickly resolved and dealt with. Thanks!
