I'm not a computer nerd so we do have problems with our home desktops. This guy makes to repair process easy and almost painless. He excitedly explains what went wrong or shows you exactly why it either didn't or won't work. His repairs are always completed on time and are always for what I believe are a reasonable cost. We got a rebuilt 2.9 gig box for my partner's system. Seamless and all set up.
