I was having major problems with my computer and with my server.
Shane identified the problems, gave his appraisal and a quote. He also advised on how to deal with difficulties with technicians operating from overseas. I am elderly and hard of hearing.
I was more than satisfied with his quiet approach to technical issues with my computer. Nothing seemed too difficult to do.
When an appointment was made, Shane arrived promptly and worked until that problem was solved. If options were available Shane made certain that I understood the situation.
I have had no hesitation in recommending Shane Walsh to my friends and acquaintances. My computer is vital for the voluntary work I do with a not-for-profit organisation. It is in use every day.

I am an elderly lady who has used a computer for many years.
3 years ago I moved to a smaller residence and needed to switch to a “Lap top”.
Shane helped me to cope with this new version of computer and then the change to Windows 10. and make the computer easier for me to use and understand.
He has also rid the computer of a virus on a couple of occasions.
Shane has always been prompt in returning my calls for help , sorting out problems quickly and explaining what needed to be done. Shane is always pleasant and polite.

I find that all tasks are always finished properly with a thorough attention to detail and Shane is always happy to make requested alterations (be they large or small), should there be any need for late changes to the work.
