I should have called first, they wanted to charge me $65 for a HP Pavillion power source valued online at $17. I was in the shop for less than 20 seconds. Came home and bought a replacement online, (even mails free)

Over the past few years I have made a number of inquiries and purchases at Computers and More at Lake Haven. On each occasion, I was struck by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. They do not try to do the hard sell, but endeavour instead to solve whatever problem you might have. Earlier this year, I tried to return a mouse which I had bought from the store a few months previously, and was no longer working. Unfortunately, I had lost the receipt, so I was unable to claim a refund. However, the staff at Computers and More allowed me buy a new mouse at half price as a good will gesture. It is no wonder that the shop is highly respected in the local community.

My experience here was not very good. Staff were rude and products and services are too over priced. Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone and to look around before you waster your money with this service.

VERY VERY RUDE STAFF - Took computer in to be fixed and hadn't heard after 3 days so rang them and they said computer was sitting there so went and got it. Got home to find that the problem with the computer was still there. Took it back to the store to advise them. The service person was very rude saying we only booked it in for a diagnostic test which is not what we asked for at all and argued with us. Told us well if we didn't like it go elsewhere. We demanded our money back and left!
