Steven you a lifesaver! After being quoted from another company an exorbitant amount of money to repair a small patch of carpet, I decided to do my research and contacted Steven from Concept Carpets. Don’t bother with anybody else; there aren’t enough stars for this review. From the moment I put my enquiry in online Steve’s service was amazing. He contacted me within minutes and booked me in straight away. He is prompt, friendly and he is exceptionally knowledgeable. My rug looks, feels and smells amazing. His pricing shocked me as he could charge more but doesn’t. Best price I’ve been quoted (and I’ve been shopping around for a while).

Asked to fix some damage on the carpet and it was done with great care. Very professional.
Also fixed a switch board for free where I was quoted hundreds of dollars to fix.
