Did great job I installing an evaporative air conditioner a few months ago. Had a recent unrelated issue with water leak. The guys turned up within 1/2 hour of phone call and resolved the issue even though it wasn't their fault. Great customer service, above and beyond!!

They came out and installed a brand new system in my edwardian style house, some of the locations they installed a vent is questionable as to how it benefits my house, like a vent near the front door. They were recommended to me by a coellegue, but I wont recommend them to anyone, Id recommend others to keep searching

Approximate cost: $11,000

the reason for an outlet at the front door is to create an even temperature through out the house, and to heat any cold air when front door is open

They had to install a completely new system for us. They were very fast and professional. They went into detail how to use the system effectively and gave tips on what else we could do to minimize our running costs. They are a great company and would use them again.

I've used this company a few times now - to install an air conditioning unit and a ducted heating system. I've been impressed by how quickly they were able to come and install (in the middle of the summer heatwave I had a unit installed within a week), but also they guarantee the products they sell and install. This means if my system breaks down Conway will fix it, and I don't have to go through the manufacturer. I previously had an air conditioner from Harvey Norman and had to go through the manufacturer to have it repaired (still under warranty!). It took 8 weeks for the manufacturer to come and assess the problem, then another 4 weeks to get the part and repair it. By which stage summer was over and I didn't need my air conditioner. When my heater broke down with Conway (also under warranty) they were there to fix it within a few days.

When we built our house, we used this business to recommend and install our ducted heating system. There were a couple of teething problems, but the service was pretty good - they sent out a maintenance fellow pretty quickly.

This is an interesting reivew.
My husband an I used this company to install and upgrade our ducted heating and had a really bad experience.
Not only did the workers arrive late (with no phone call to advise us) the system they recommended is noisy and the install left our house looking like a tip (they even left number 2 unflushed in the toilet).
They took $200 off the final bill after we protested over and over again.
