This is terrible. their install job of my hot water heater was directly infront of a PowerPoint. I now can't access the power point to replace the appliance that was plugged in. When I asked them to come back and fix their work, they said it wouldn't be for free and would not stand by their work. No common sense.

Was recommended Coo-ee by Cass brothers bathroom suppliers at Petersham. About a year ago I needed to get a toilet installed. I explained to Ben my problems - I could not exactly measure the toilet as some of the outlets were hidden. Ben did a great job and even needed to get a different connection from Cass Brothers but all I was charged extra from the original quote was for the part - no extra hourly rate at all (gobsmacked). In the last year the toilet has been great - no problems at all.
