My contract came to an end only to find out due to their accounting errors i now owe them hundreds of dollars. Still waiting for a reply from management. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Most unprofessional company I have dealt with - asked for a quote, agent arrived did not look into ceiling or measure - scribbled a very basic figures on scrap piece of paper - no letterhead, name or signature. When i declined quote kept pressuring for the job and reducing quote. When i still declined he told another person he could still drop quote.
$1000 - thought I requested a quote not some sort of reverse auction- this company (or at least their agent) as no principled and extremely unprofessional - stay clear of them

We looked into getting solar panels for our house, we sought quotes from many businesses but Cool or Cosy was our preference.
Each member of the team we spoke to was friendly and forth-coming with an information we asked for.
The consultant; Tony Musolino, was professional and seemed to really care for his job.
The job was done within the stipulated time, and was in budget. We are pleased.

We had cellulose fibre insulation sprayed into our house ceiling a while ago by this company, and are happy to say that after having been through all 4 seasons, it certainly has made a difference to the temperature of our home. Our place is a transportable, so we wanted to add extra insulation to help reduce fuel bills a bit, and of course make the place more comfortable on both cold and warm days.
It now doesnt warm up as quickly on hot days, and doesnt reach as high a temperature overall. And winter has also been better, with the heat being kept in better when we have our reverse-cycle air conditioner going.
The service of the company was good. We live 2 hours from Adelaide, and there was no problem with them coming out this far. The job was completed as advised, and we were kept informed of the progress. In fact, we ended up not being home the day it was done, and returned to find the job done, and no sign of them having been, which is good.
We were concerned about spending $3000 on this, but have been happy with the results.
