Family owned and operated business that I chose as they had supported my son's old school fete. I was not disappointed! Shane came to our rescue when our only vehicle "died" in his driveway. He sourced a second hand part at the last minute even though he had a new one in his possession. He has a supplier that can custom make the rubber hoses that run under the bonnet for any part of the engine and will last as long as if not longer than brand new ones but at a fraction of the price. My husband needed the car to get to and from work so Shane made it a priority job. It died in his driveway late on a Wednesday afternoon and he had it repaired and waiting for us to pick up by mid-afternoon Monday. He kept us updated with the price and progress all of the way and we were expecting the overall cost to be at least $100 - $150 more than they ended up being. The car is due for a service soon and as we have moved to NSW will also need a pink slip for Rego. We have complete faith that Shane will do a great job once again. He seems to treat his customers like a new member of the family, not just a person to "get money from" - yes, there is a huge difference!
