Very disappointing

I don't know why I thought I would give it a second chance but we did and were disappointed again. It's the only place nearby for a lot of people so it does get quite busy but honestly the service is non existent - you order from the table and the only person you see is the person who delivers the food and the person who picks up the plate (which they often don't do by the time you leave). Orders come at different times not all together, don't bother ordering a good steak as they don't know how to cook them well and even the 300gr we ordered was a thin slice of nothing. The place is noisy, making conversation difficult unless you shout. None of the meals were worth the price we paid for them.

I love the area and laid back atmosphere of this pub and their beers are priced well. I’ve only tried the supposed best ever steak sandwich which is a decent steak sandwich but certainly not the best ever. Pretty decent chips to go with it though

great little pub and they have a fella going around on a sunday entertaining kids with card tricks, magic, kids love him.

Approximate cost: $10

Lovely old pub in a peaceful country setting on the bank of the Coomera River. Kids playground. A couple of yards for horses. Friendly country atmosphere, great meals at very reasonable prices in the rustic dining room. Gas heaters in winter.
