I don't know why I thought I would give it a second chance but we did and were disappointed again. It's the only place nearby for a lot of people so it does get quite busy but honestly the service is non existent - you order from the table and the only person you see is the person who delivers the food and the person who picks up the plate (which they often don't do by the time you leave). Orders come at different times not all together, don't bother ordering a good steak as they don't know how to cook them well and even the 300gr we ordered was a thin slice of nothing. The place is noisy, making conversation difficult unless you shout. None of the meals were worth the price we paid for them.

I should have looked further than the five stars they had and realised it was only rated by half a dozen people - they obviously have staff who know their SEO. We commissioned a building condition report to better inform the creation of a building maintenance plan however all we got was photos of rust and cracks that we could have taken ourselves and notes detailing where these were although they got this wrong 8 times on the report and had to re issue it when it was pointed out to them. No information on whether whether these were defects in need of repair or okay to leave for now. Nothing whatsoever that assisted us in creating a maintenance plan even though we spoke with them prior letting them know what we needed. When we asked for more detail they suggested we could pay more for a more detailed report. I am so tired of dealing with shonky companies so I'm now going to review each one I come across in the hope some of them clean up their acts and actually provide proper service for their prices. My advice with this company - stay well clear.
