I was totally taken aback by Anonymous Member's review of Cooper Studio on May 14th. All my experiences with Craig and his staff have been nothing but exceptional. Craig has always been very professional and accommodating to our needs and preferences. Never have we felt pressured into making any purchases. The photos and albums we received are of top quality – money well spent. Although it appears expensive to purchase individual prints, there are always other options/packages that were offered to us which were of good value. The most important thing to us was that the special moments on our wedding day were captured and transformed into memories we will forever cherish. That is something money cannot buy.

I felt that the photographers were too abstract for my liking, pushing their photographic styles rather than what I wanted during the actual shoot - generic standard poses. And I felt pressured to buy extra photos. I felt that the staff are only nice to you if you spend money there but otherwise can be quite rude. A4 size is the smallest print you can get and they start at $199 per print. The photos are not bad, but the larger you get, the blurrier it gets. So it's best to get the A4 size. The parking was very difficult as there's hardly any space to park.
