I had 4 appointments spread over weeks, the first appoint. I was left standing and banging on door to get attention - I could hear noise inside, the 2nd occasion I arrived to find another customer being serviced - my appointment was not noted in book even although I had received an email confirming same, golly gosh the 3rd appointment was OK, then again this week I arrived for appointment - she was not home, was very apologetic in text messages to my sister but has not attempted to contact me. It is obvious this woman likes to big note herself with big internet pages but just can't provide a simple service. Steer clear!!!!!!!!
