Initial review:
I find it hard to believe the positive reviews aren’t paid.
I went to this clinic and from the start I was not impressed. The clinic is poorly presented, dirty and unappealing. I should have trusted my instinct to walk out straight away. The nurse didn’t introduce herself. I had no consultation. She didn’t ask me to sit down. I just stood there whilst she tried to figure out what to charge me and how to use the eftpos machine. She didn’t ask me about what results I wanted, she didn’t tell me how many units or any potential risks, she just got me to lay down. It was like she had no idea what she was doing.
I should have left straight away and I wish I did.
I have been getting Botox for 5 years with no issue. This was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. If I hadn’t already paid the $500 I would have got up and left.
I was bruised within 1 hour of leaving the salon and I feel like someone has repeatedly slapped me today.
Do not go here. The client experience was awful. I have been to many places over the years and I have never had an experience like this.

I absolutely love my lips, my nurse was polite and straight away told me what would work for me. My lips wouldn’t be so nice if it wasn’t for cosmetique

It was my first time getting lip filler or any treatment like this.
I was made to feel really comfortable and like the questions I had to ask weren’t stupid
I am in LOVE with my lips. I have had no bruising and I hope they don’t go down too much as I love them how they are.
I would highly recommend and look forward to further treatments with you.

my experience here was amazing! I was talked through everything and was given a recommendation on what’s good for your first time, I was talked through the whole procedure and was aware what was happening, I will continue recommending onto others
