Initial review:
I find it hard to believe the positive reviews aren’t paid.
I went to this clinic and from the start I was not impressed. The clinic is poorly presented, dirty and unappealing. I should have trusted my instinct to walk out straight away. The nurse didn’t introduce herself. I had no consultation. She didn’t ask me to sit down. I just stood there whilst she tried to figure out what to charge me and how to use the eftpos machine. She didn’t ask me about what results I wanted, she didn’t tell me how many units or any potential risks, she just got me to lay down. It was like she had no idea what she was doing.
I should have left straight away and I wish I did.
I have been getting Botox for 5 years with no issue. This was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. If I hadn’t already paid the $500 I would have got up and left.
I was bruised within 1 hour of leaving the salon and I feel like someone has repeatedly slapped me today.
Do not go here. The client experience was awful. I have been to many places over the years and I have never had an experience like this.
