Ok I have just figured out who you are and if you check your emails I sent numerous requests to you asking for information. We actually did ALL you requested us to do and I will happily go and see your person of interest personally and explain the situation to him. I have all the emails I can forward to you again and if you actually went to someone else to provide the service we did it would have cost you 3x as much. We did as you requested and asked your person to get in touch with you - I cannot help it if he chose not to I shall be phoning you asap to clarify this review. There are always two sides to a story - unfortunately the information you have provided above is untrue. I have emails from you stating "thankyou for the updates" and I also offered to keep the case open for you however you declined and instead stated "can I get a part refund as I am starting up my own business and could do with the money". The information you originally provided was old and irrelevant and in your words "he's like a ghost" - just disappeared. For the number of hours and costs associated with your search my hourly rate was less than $15p/hr and as mentioned I offered to keep searching. All my searches were thorough and diligent and across a number of different methods. I challenge you to send me the information your "friend" has found and if it is any different than what I provided you I will happily refund your money. Considering your review has appeared over two months after the case was closed I would suspect the information- if any - has only recently appeared. I hope with your new business venture you do not receive any such damaging, untrue and unjust reviews such as this.
