Paid Robyn $500 and gave a whole bunch of information re the person I wanted to find out information about - after hearing nothing for weeks on end I had to contact her for updates. The update took some time for a response and was told there was nothing to report as yet. That my person was supposedly off the grid lol. After more time, again, no updates given so I asked again. Then I’m told that she is unable to obtain any information and monies paid cannot be refunded as per the terms and conditions I agreed to. The only information given was embarrassingly bad - obtained myself from a google search within two minutes. It seems a paid “database” was the single source of Information. What about the multitude of other ways to gain information?! Given all the qualifications listed on her website I was left feeling shocked and extremely underwhelmed. Would not recommend this service to anyone. A friend who has zero investigative formal training or skills was able to obtain a multitude of information just from internet searching. Wish I’d given her this money instead! Find another service who use a range of methods and keep you informed!

There are always two sides to a story - unfortunately the information you have provided above is untrue. I have emails from you stating "thankyou for the updates" and I also offered to keep the case open for you however you declined and instead stated "can I get a part refund as I am starting up my own business and could do with the money". The information you originally provided was old and irrelevant and in your words "he's like a ghost" - just disappeared. For the number of hours and costs associated with your search my hourly rate was less than $15p/hr and as mentioned I offered to keep searching. All my searches were thorough and diligent and across a number of different methods. I challenge you to send me the information your "friend" has found and if it is any different than what I provided you I will happily refund your money. Considering your review has appeared over two months after the case was closed I would suspect the information- if any - has only recently appeared. I hope with your new business venture you do not receive any such damaging, untrue and unjust reviews such as this.
I have used various Private Investigators in the past and all I get is nothing no feedback only until I rand her and she didnt do what I asked her todo . She seemed to work on her own agenda regardless what the request was because as of now i have no feedback that the correct msg was sent . Most unusual service

Ok I have just figured out who you are and if you check your emails I sent numerous requests to you asking for information. We actually did ALL you requested us to do and I will happily go and see your person of interest personally and explain the situation to him. I have all the emails I can forward to you again and if you actually went to someone else to provide the service we did it would have cost you 3x as much. We did as you requested and asked your person to get in touch with you - I cannot help it if he chose not to I shall be phoning you asap to clarify this review.
