washing machine screwed me over, so i decided to give Paul a ring. Paul was at my house in the next 50 minutes eager to fix my washing machine. He was an all round great person and i would recommend him to anyone in the same situation i was :)

Dryer broke down due to heavy use ( child with severe gastro) - Paul was quick n efficient, giving us a replacement dryer whilst he took our to fix ( if possible). Turned out dryer was burnt out, Paul provided report for Insurance claim and was happy to leave interim dryer for a small while, so that I coped!
