Disgusting customer service, tried to have a faulty blind fixed that was only 2 months old and no longer opened or closed (only thing they are supposed to do). Didnt want to know about it didnt come out to fix and only ever met with rude [Redacted name] and attitude like i had done something wrong. Would never recommend this company and not worth the hassle or the conversation with the rude [Redacted name].

Scott Cowden does the quotes and is a real character. :-) However, his knowledge is good and the cost reasonable. We had four blinds installed in two back rooms and Scott's just quoted on two more new blinds for a front room. They do custom-made and have several different styles.
