I booked a service through fixed price servicing. Cox were very professional and the office girls in particular were great, everything was explained to me. Although I ended up needing a VERY expensive part replaced, i checked the prices at some other places for that part and Cox's were right in the middle of the figures quoted so I think their prices are reasonable with no extras snuck in.

I would recommend them.
