If these guys don't have the product you want, they will lie and tell you they have one that will work. They then won't refund your money when you want the inevitable refund. All round bottom feeders.

have heard of numerous horror stories about customers receiving faulty items and never getting them exchanged or refunded - but these are for custom made desktops, etc i recently bought a mouse and i guess since it's from a reputable brand and the box wasn't opened or anything i haven't had any problems so far

bought a razer keyboard from this store - i have to admit i was a bit scared to choose this place to buy my keyboard from because a lot of my friends and from the reviews i've been seeing from google i've been told customer service is quite horrible and refunding and waranty just doesnt exist in this store - still decided to buy my keyboard from here because it was the cheapest (by $20ish) and so far so good!

I have been to this store several times, as i have the Notting Hill store. I find its location very difficult to get to being in West Melbourne but that's irrelevant. They have a decent range of products and the layout of the store is similar to the other branch, with cabinets everywhere showing off contemporary IT components. I did have a return item a while ago which was tested on-site then replaced with not too much concern. Price is ok.

As that I have been a regular customer purchasing from CPL over a number of years, I find that the staff usually get to know what you want. As they know you they will help you locate a part that is not in stock and bring it in the next day if from another store. Usually you have to put a deposit (company policy) however in my case they don't and ask me to turn up the next day and they will have it for me.

Parking is such a bonus in this side of Melbourne as that with other places, I would have to pay for parking. That in itself deserves to score.

I have been using them for a number of years and will continue to do so.

This store has a large range of quality stock at cheaper prices. I have made a few purchases on different occasions and been happy with the products. It is slightly annoying when the person on the other end of the phone cannot speak English well and your 2 minute enquiry turns into a 20 minute battle. Overall, a great experience. Onsite parking is a MAJOR BONUS for that side of town!

Great company to deal with,. They have saved me a number of times when I have been desperate for some parts to fix my computer. Reasonable pricing for RAM. Great that their open 7 days

Great hours and a lot of stuff. Great Prices. Very conveniently located. Love the Sunday hours. Really good if you need to drive in and grabs a disk or something as they have on site parking. Staff are OK
