Terrific online shopping experience. Very easy website to negotiate, vast supply for all my crafting needs. Very fast delivery and value for money. Have never had an issue with any orders.

Really disappointed as I wanted a cutting machine that made labels - including clear ones for my make and take classes. I went in and let them know that I had no idea what I was needing but that I wanted to print and cut labels. Without hesitation I was recommended the Silhouette Portrait. Sadly not until after I had opened and used the machine did I discover that there is no way I can get a clear vinyl for it unless I purchase the $70 12" roll and cut 3" off the side of every piece that I use. When I rang I was told that I had to ask the specific question or they wouldn't tell me - that I find very upsetting, $239 for something that was supposed to save me time and is now going to be very time consuming. Even when I asked for a pack of vinyl, i was not questioned on colour, permanent, removable or anything, just sold a pack of white. Had I been asked that question I would have said clear and then been advised it was not possible!!! Would happily have paid the extra $70 to get the machine that I should have been recommended !

I have used COL many many times. I live in Victor Harbor in SA and love the service they have given to me. I have never had a problem and love their prices. Ordered a cricut machine from these guys and when received the machine looked like it has been used. The cords were dirty and had been thrown into the box and there were pen marks on the inside of the machine. The seal sticker on the lid was already taken off. For the amount of money spent on this item I was expecting a brand new untouched one. I wrote an email to them but they just offered to send me a strong grip mat as an apology, an item I probably wouldn't use so pointless to me.
I Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Made an order on the Saturday, had a phone call on the Monday to let me know that one item wasn't available until Friday,was totally fine with that and then I still can't believe it but rest of the order arrived at my house on Tuesday. If that's not service I don't know what is. Wonderful products, Great Prices and fast delivery with outstanding service of letting you know what's happening. The best I've ever dealt with.
