Ordered a cricut machine from these guys and when received the machine looked like it has been used. The cords were dirty and had been thrown into the box and there were pen marks on the inside of the machine. The seal sticker on the lid was already taken off. For the amount of money spent on this item I was expecting a brand new untouched one. I wrote an email to them but they just offered to send me a strong grip mat as an apology, an item I probably wouldn't use so pointless to me.
I Will be taking my business elsewhere.
