Wonderful service. When I called to book in the job, I spoke to Craig who was patient, polite and transparent with costs. He did say he wasn't sure if it would be him or one of his staff who would do the job (as I was booking it in advance). His employee Rob who came over to sort out the blockage was equally as polite as Craig. As I live on a sub-divided property he dealt with me as well as my neigbours. My neighbours commented how professional he was and I certainly agree. It is such a pleasure to have competent, polite professional tradies attend to your property. Highly recommended.
