Great service. Deven arrived within the allocated period, serviced our heater which had been neglected for 6 years. Great job, cleaned up after themselves, courteous and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company. Very reasonable fee charged.

Fantastic service. I used Craig's Gas & Plumbing recently for the first time. Very impressed with entire experience. Deven showed up reliably within the scheduled time, professional, clearly spoken, efficient. He got the old 20+ yr old Brivis buffalo heating unit going for this Winter by fixing the problem of a continuous ticking noise. It's now quiet. Picked up a couple of other minor issues but suggested it's still safe to use this year. Offered his advice and expert opinion on my options for replacing the heating unit prior to next Winter. Ethical in taking safety seriously, shows care for the customer. CO test was done, passed ok. Cleaned the duct area inside hallway. They tell you the service call ($140) on phn at booking stage. Highly Recommend them 100%.

Installation of replacement hot water system.
Spoke to Craig himself and he was very helpful - and spoke to me on a number of occasions to sort out my concerns.
They did a great job of installing the unit - alll looks to be done professionally. Working very well. Looking forward to many years of quality hot water delivery.

We also had a HWS installed. It was a secondary one in our extension. The installation and services provided were excellent and they were very prompt. Prices were on par or slightly cheaper than others

We had a new hot water system installed at my Mother's place as her old one packed up. The phone conversations with this company were polite and friendly and so was the service received and the price was very good compared to other quotes received for the same job.
