Very poor quality products and after sales service is non existant. Misleading and deceptive practices when processing exchange or refund requests for faulty products. Have attempted to delay exchange/refund by stating warranty claims must be made to their supplier, this is false and breaches fair trading legislation.

Bought an exercise tower on this site, and it is solid in structure, very satisfying. Better than go to the offline shops and being cheated by the salesmen from them.

The products are in great discounts! It is really a cheap online shopping site and reliable company which is shown by the emails they sent me in the process of purchase, details of payment, delivery, and after service.

I bought an electric pole saw a few weeks ago. As soon as I started to assemble it, I could see a broken part which meant it was useless. I followed their faulty product procedure including sending in a photo. I got an immediate response asking a question about the photo. Then nothing since despite repeated attempts on my part to establish contact. I did get an email response to a request for someone to phone me saying they have stopped their telephone service due to technical reasons! Effectively, these guys have stolen my money. Luckily I have a solicitor in the family so I can pursue it without extra costs. My advice is do not buy anything from this company.

Have used them for a vacuum cleaner, guitar stand, heater, antenna and steam mop covers. Very quick shipping and delivery. Prices are reasonable - but always look for discounts and coupons to save even more. I like the guitar stand. The vacuum cleaner lasted almost 2 years, before some hinges broke off - worked well till that. When the antenna arrived, it had a faulty remote. I sent them a photo and a note and they quickly replaced it free of charge - no hassles.
Don't forget to use crazy point to get a few more dollars off - you earn them with each order and when you write reviews.
If you subscribe to their email, you end up with 1-3 emails a day, but some show good offers.
Always check if you get them cheaper on ebay before you purchase.
