Excellent personalised PT sessions. Been training with CTCPT for 2 years and the variety of the sessions keeps training exciting. The focus on correct form keeps me safe and the belief Travis has in my abilities (which goes beyond my own) pushes me nicely. I have a few running injuries and the sessions are always able to be tailored around what I can do. Awesome variety of good equipment too. Highly recommend CTCPT team.

Cannot recommend Create the Change PT enough! Every session is different and thanks to them i've managed to lose over 10kg. They come straight to you aswell which makes it that much easier!
