This use to be my fav place to have my nails done by polite talented Japanese but today I got my nails done by Panda who was rude and bad mouthing her customer in mandarin. Unlucky for her I understood the language. I'm truly disappointed at the level of service.

Good, they did the job right. Everyone says they are doing the "authentic" Japanese Manicure, but really this is the only one I found in Melbourne who is worth this title.

I have never done any manicure before until last year when I visited Japan for few weeks. It was amazing, I have never imagined that people can decorate their nails in such a fabulous style. I have fall in love with this ever since. when i came back to melbourne, i tried 3 manicure store but what they did was no match to the one i did in japan, until I found this one.

Very well, honestly I am surprised they can do such a high quality job under this cheap price. I have told some friends about this cute little shop, I am sure this will give you ladies more customers.

First time at this place, easy to find. Great prices, friendly staff, very happy with my nails. Will have to go back soon!

A++++ I have to say "this is the best nail salon that I've ever experienced in Melbourne so far !" Those Japanese girls are so friendly , I had many bad experiences in other nail salon , they rough and hurt my nails so bad . I've booked Crescent nail salon during $25 LUNCH SPECIAL deal , the girl how did for my hand was fantastic , my shellac look wonderful, then i have booked same day after work for foot spa treatment , it made my day ! great service ,2 girls work on my feet , nice cocktail from the bar , also great movie in salon ! I feel treated like a queen ! surely introduce all my friends to here ! Japanese service ! The best !

I went to Japan last year and i had my gougers nail done in tokyo , after came back to melbourne i couldn't find any place could do the same work not until i found Crescent nail salon ! All staffs were so friendly and cute Japanese ! i did 3D gel for hand and shellac for pedi ! They were so good at it ! i had such a wonderful experience in there ! great service and very reasonable price ! strongly recommended ! A+++ definitely visit again !
