Stay Away! Rude staff who have no time for customers. Worst example of lack of Customer service I have seen in my life!! Shop at you peril!!

used vehicle literally had trim falling off less then 800 meters from cricks mt gravatts yard on the drive home from purchasing.
car vibrating horribly and taken back for repair, sales staff told me that the car was fixed by cricks service team, vehicle wasn't fixed at all and does the exact same thing.
not helpful once the car had been sold and money had changed hands.
incapable and/or to lazy to fix problems with a car they sold!
untrustworthy and a heap of half truths told.

Worst service experience ever, and having purchased a new vehicle every 3 years for the last 20 odd, that's a big call.

Failed to resolve a basic issue on a booked in job, even when advised the most likely cause. Fobbed off by the Service Manager without the suggested fix even attempted, and was lied to about parts being changed out!

This business proudly displays it's "Values" in the waiting area, but simply does not live by them, nor deliver on them.

Zero consideration given to customers time, only theirs.

Take your time to research where ELSE you can go and save yourself some grief.
