Worst service experience ever, and having purchased a new vehicle every 3 years for the last 20 odd, that's a big call.

Failed to resolve a basic issue on a booked in job, even when advised the most likely cause. Fobbed off by the Service Manager without the suggested fix even attempted, and was lied to about parts being changed out!

This business proudly displays it's "Values" in the waiting area, but simply does not live by them, nor deliver on them.

Zero consideration given to customers time, only theirs.

Take your time to research where ELSE you can go and save yourself some grief.

I've had several small jobs done here and am very happy with the quality of the work and the price.

Small jobs can be difficult for a small business, but I'm happy with every aspect of thier work. Even turn around time was quite short.

Recently had a complete interior / exterior detail on a 24ft motorhome. Extra effort was put in to ensure the paintwork came up A1. All the 'stains' and long term marks around the numerous hatches, windows, vents, ports were all polished out. Clearly some pride in his workmanship. Would happily use their services again

I've used my local clinic for a number of years, and since it changed to a "Smart Clinic" - just the once, and never again.

My normal GP had moved on, so made an appointment with Dr "Whomever was available" as I just needed a new script for ongoing medication. Nothing complicated nor time consuming.

After updating my details at the front desk, spent a few brief minutes the doc and on the way out got robbed for an "appointment over 12 minutes" ?!? 1:15 appointment, and receipt printed at 1:22.

Dr did waste a few minutes suggesting tests I didn't ask for, and had to take my blood pressure (manually?) twice as he got it wrong first up.

Should be charged with fraud for overcharging. I'll track down my old GP, and now understand why he no longer practices at this clinic.
