Crimewatch Security: new Paradox system in place, currently nothing but a glorified night light (lovely scrolling of images). Nearly 4 weeks of contact to come and have properly set up (aka fixed). no luck.
If the system works we'll be happy but may never know at this rate.
Security system was installed with no issues. Easy process of changing PIN which was walked through by a staff from Crimewatch over the phone. There was one issue I had with one of the lights constantly flashing red which Crimewatch quickly rectified in one visit and took time to explain what was the issue.
