Crossroads

I had a really good first experience here & the lady behind the counter was very helpful & understanding. She showed me what they had available as i was on the search for something in particular & even showed me the clearance rack (which was great!) She asked if I was a member of their rewards club & signed me up then & there on the spot!
Great clothes too in a big range of sixes & styles.

I purchased a shirt from this store, took it home and washed it before I wore it. It was a peasant type top with a leather strap that tied around the neck. The leather ran colour all over the shirt and it was ruined. I returned to the store and described what had happened to the girl behind the counter. She told me there was nothing she could do until the boss came back from lunch in an hour, she was quite rude and extremely unhelpful. When I returned to the store an hour later the manager was there but she was also extremely rude. She did return my money but I left feeling that I will never enter this store again.
