Been a customer for over 2 years now but never going back after a horrible experience with the staff in early May 2018. Usually the quality of service and work for the price was good, as the usual staff member managed to look after the leather of my car quite well. Unfortunately, a different staff member attended to my car this time. It wasn't until I got home that I realised the leather had been stressed & discoloured by the cleaning work of the staff. Drove back to ask why the leather was behaving this way and received the following responses:
"Why are you complaining if other owners of luxury cars aren't?"
"It must be your make up or sunscreen causing those marks"
The manager was a bit more courteous but offered no solution except to say its our responsibility to get the leather treated, essentially placing the blame on me. I found the attitude of the staff member to have been one of the worst experiences of customer service. I'm disappointed that I now have to take my car cleaning elsewhere as I was a loyal customer, I urge other owners of leather lined cars to look elsewhere for better service. I would have paid for other services if they weren't so rude with their complaint handling

TL;DR Hire better staff and train them to handle questions/complaints better, and don't blame the customer.

My car had been the target of some egg throwing contest or so it seemed. Despite my best efforts of cleaning, the car was not to my satisfaction. I made my way to Crown car wash and was recommended to have the super wash for $45. I was told it may take an hour or two as it was very busy that day. I sat down in a comfortable chair and soaked up the sun, and friendly vibe around me. There was a range of treats on offer & I was pleasantly surprised to find a simply delicious smoothie that catered to my strict dietary requirements as I am sugar, lactose & gluten free! All up the service, quality and value were excellent. A great place to recharge the batteries, treat yourself and your car if you are not in a rush which I wasn't!

I rang to get quotes for my dirty car. The interior needed some real attention.Upholstry cleaning was the major for me and the quotes went from $149 to $280. I was confused because a lot of car wash places do not do upholstry except for pouring water and chemicals onto your car seats and floors. I called car detailers to ask them what they did. I spoke to TONY at Crown Car wash and he explained what and how things were to be done and quoted me $170 for all inner floors and seats to be shampooed, an engine wash, and an external clean of my old old car. He did say that it might take 2 1/2 hrs but ended up being 4 hrs waiting. I was offered free cold water bottle and had a cafe with limited goods to keep me over this time. The attention to detail by th team was exceptional. I was not a high priority but I did not indicate that I wanted preference and other car dealers came in with thier cars so I was pushed back, but in the end a very difficult job was superbly dealth with. TONY takes a lot of pride in his work. He has trained his boys well and I would go back with confidence.
