i've stayed before and was absolutely stoked with the service, the clenliness etc, this visit i was quite disappointed, the balcony and bathroom wasnt as clean as it should be (litter/food scraps) for 5 star in the gold tower. Overall rather disappointed for our anniversary visit which should've been great :(

Lovely hotel. I stayed in the Gold Tower (5 stars). Great view from the Four Winds Restaurant. We stayed in the King Studio Spa Suite which had kitchen and laundry facilities. Has everything a hotel should have. Location isn't the greatest (not particularly near shops or beach) but the pool, gym, and other facilities make up for that. Oh and the price (during off-peak) makes it exceptional value for money.

I love this place - stay for atleast a week a year in December (before school holidays). Close to a patrolled area of the beach and good restaurants. Very close proximity to Gold Coast Convention Centre.

Rooms are of quality standards and provide excellent service. Good views of gold coast and room size is large with comfy bed, clean and nice decor. Enjoy my sleeps there.
