It was okay when I went there about six years ago, but I was extremely disappointed by a recent visit. A receptionist was very short to me on the phone and the doctor was even worse. I did not feel welcomed; I felt like they wanted to push me out of there, to be perfectly honest. The way I was spoken to was very rude on both accounts. There was almost zero professionalism and I don't feel comfortable about coming back.

Approximate cost: $free

Been going there on and off for a few years now but only when my regular doctor is booked. Ok if you have something minor and basically just want a medical certificate. The wait is generally not too bad but that is probably due to the fact that the doctors pretty much just rush you out as soon as you get in. They dont seem to do enough diagnosis to actually get to the root of the issue which is probably why on average I have to go back 3 or 4 times before they get it right

Had used this surgery for usual checkups, suspected cracked rib, scripts, BookCrossing etc. and despite the wait (appointments not usually made) was never dissatisfied.

Recently called in for antibiotics prior to a dentist vist and not only was Dr. Utley thorough sending me for a scan and blood tests, the surgery followed up on all results and informed me while assisting with ongoing care.

I'm impressed and grateful.

i probably would not use them for anything serious, I collapsed last year cracking two ribs, and common peices of advice in the care of such an injury were not provided, I found out through ppl at work who experienced cracked ribs. So not a great experience for me on that level. however if u have a virus and need a dr's certificate coz you cant get to work due to being ill they are fine.

To be fair, I only went there the one time. Having said that, I'll never be going back. I had to wait 3 hours to see the doctor as I had a terrible cough/flu. I was with the doctor for all of about 60 seconds. Long enough for him to shine a torch down my throat from the other side of his desk, scribble something on his notepad that the chemist couldn't read, and shove me out the door. Not once did he so much as even make eye contact with me.

I have been seeing one of the doctors here for many years, they are very centrally located and easy to get to, bulk billing, and are a walk in clinic so no need for appointments always
