The electronic touch screen systems I bought from them was backed by their software. The software was not capable of many of the things they said to me that it could do, nor did the hardware have enough RAM to do the things I was promised. I have ended up with a system which is very difficult to understand, difficult to program and impossible to get reports out of. Even their technicians which change regularly do not know how to operate the software to a level that I would call competent
