i was after a particular product and rang them up and they sent me information via email straight away, they told me what the product could and could not do, and are more than helpful any time I ring up

They have a good range of products, but will make special orders for you if you are a regular customer. Their abilty to deliver the next day is fantastic, and sometimes same day if you order early enough. Their prices are very competitve and I have changed from a much bigger group to them becuase of the quality of service and their ability to pick up new products

i think they have a great range of products, their service has room to be improved, but they get the job done to the specs I send every time. They also have a great range of other gear including stuff for children and the pool

When you are spending 30,000 you expect eveything to work as well as the product was promoted to you. It has been very difficult to integrate the tills with their software, we have had numerous issues with the cameras which slowly go out of focus over time, nor do they work well in a darker environment. The product has been barely satisfactory, but still doesn't work properly several years down the rtrack with numerous additions.

The electronic touch screen systems I bought from them was backed by their software. The software was not capable of many of the things they said to me that it could do, nor did the hardware have enough RAM to do the things I was promised. I have ended up with a system which is very difficult to understand, difficult to program and impossible to get reports out of. Even their technicians which change regularly do not know how to operate the software to a level that I would call competent

Serjeant is a buying group for the hosptality industry, my business was one of the first to get on board with them. Over the last couple of years they have saved me in the vicinity of $40,000 - $50,000. Because of them the cost from a number of suppliers have come down as they try to compete. Their service, quality, and price are very rarely beatable

These guys are fantastic, it is rare to find service people like these act so professionally. Their advice is spot on and they are very reasonable with their costs. If they won't be able to get out to you on the day they will be up front, and tell you when they will. If they give you a time that they will be able to get there, expect them to be on time.

This was for a new night club, they quoted a price with a certain quality equipment, and put in cheaper equipment at the time of the install. They were slow, and late in completing the project. The equiopment was installed incorrectly and we had to get them out several times to fix. It has taken us years to sort out the mess
