I was very careful choosing somewhere to buy my new car, my beautiful kia. Darren greeted me and straight away I felt very comfortable. He was not pushy, or your typical car sales guy. I bought the car, and am very happy. My battery went in the car last week, on a Friday night. I called Darren, as I didn't think it was the battery. He kindly offered to go to his car yard grab a battery and pop it in my car for me. This kind gesture was so sweet. Then on Monday he ordered me a brand new one, and only charged me for what he pays for battery. The service, attention to customer service and friendly genuine nature, makes me very happy about purchasing my expensive car from Darren,. Thanku very I highly recommend

I was looking at one of the cars here and Darren went above and beyond to help me, he came to my home and appraised my car and then later bought the car down for me to check if it went into my small garage and test drive.great service , great communication, unfortunately The car wasn't for me, however, if they had the right car would definetly purchase from crystal car sales no problems

Although the salesman was very friendly and quick to provide the mechanical history of the car, I soon learnt that what he provided was false. The LPG tank had not been tested since it's installation (which was over 10 years ago, actually making the sale illegal) and inadequate repairs had been performed on the radiator which I then had to fix less than a month after purchasing the car. I would be wary of any car purchased from here.
