I spent over $30 here for friends and family, and was woefully disappointed with what I got. The pies were either lukewarm or cold, despite coming straight out of the warmer, and the cream in the buns was mock cream, even though I asked specifically if it was fresh cream and was told yes. .

Great place to go just to pick up a snack. Always good quality and the prices are very reasonable.

The staff are friendly and the menu is pretty much what you'd expect for a hotel. It's more of a 'working man's' hotel, and not necessarily somewhere you'd go for a function. The majority of my experiences here are positive, but I can't forgive a rare steak passed off as well done.

The majority of the staff are very helpful (one or two exceptions) and all of their products are top of the line. It is very pricey, even for general stationery - so I would probably recommend looking at Woolies first.

Although the salesman was very friendly and quick to provide the mechanical history of the car, I soon learnt that what he provided was false. The LPG tank had not been tested since it's installation (which was over 10 years ago, actually making the sale illegal) and inadequate repairs had been performed on the radiator which I then had to fix less than a month after purchasing the car. I would be wary of any car purchased from here.

I've been here a few times and they never disappoint. The food is amazing - especially the vegetarian options. Don't go here if you're looking for an upscale night out, but definitely come here for a pleasant night out with friends.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They'll give you suggestions if you're really not sure what you want done, but if you're particular, they'll make sure they follow your instructions to the tee. It's not the cheapest hairdresser around, but it's one of the cheapest in the Chadstone centre, and the quality's worth the price.

I always find the girls here are friendly and smiling. If you want to put in a special order for something you can't find on the shelves, there's never a problem and the product you get back is definitely worth it. It's a bit more expensive than supermarket bread, but you know it's fresh.

The trainers are all female, and all very helpful. The start up process is very easy, and basic membership costs include getting a work out plan created for you that is specific to your goals and needs. It's a little bit pricey, but there's always a trainer there to help you out and you never have to wait to use equipment like you do in some of the commercial gyms. Definitely give it a try!
