Wow, wow, wow!
so surprised to see these bad reviews. This morning, first time ever, I took my car to this place for a $69 Signature wash. The whole process took about 15-20 min and the result is amazing. I don't have a fancy car, 17y old Citroen C3, but now it looks like brand new. Great job, great value!

This location is a scam run by scam artists they refuse to honour their own advertised unlimited wash and changed it to one wash per day even though this goes against their own terms and conditions. They also stated if the wash didn’t clean the car they wouldn’t fix it up put it through the washer going to ensure it did. Stay away

Apparently you need to specify that you don't want water inside the car.

I watched as they opened the boot and sprayed around the seal with a high pressured hose. When I complained that the belongings in the boot were now wet with dirty water and puddles, I was told by the franchise manager 'what did you expect leaving things in the boot? You should have told us these things were valuable'.

There's also a new scratch on the inside glass drivers side window 25cm. The franchise manager flat out told me it wasnt them. No way, not possible. And if I wanted him to be rude he would be.

The disregard for personal property was second to none. I haven't been to this car wash before and won't be back.

Went there to get water vaccummed out of my carpets due to rain getting in.
The guy told us this would be the Interior Bundle which was $225.
Paid this and another $35 to get the outside cleaned too.
Came back to find the inside and outside beautifully clean but the carpets still as wet as before.
Went to talk to the guy we had spoken to initially who asked us ‘did some water get in?’
I looked at him and replied ‘Of course it did. That’s the reason we came here and you suggested the $225 option so that the carpets would no longer be wet’
He then vaccummed the carpets for the next 5 mins and it wasn’t as wet as before.
Never, ever again.
I’ve been to places before that vacuumed the water out only, for half that price and did a fabulous job!

I asked for in n out wash and because my car is cheap they didn’t care at all .
4-5 people worked on the car.
Unbelievable

I would not recommend this business. I had our 2012 Subaru Outback washed this morning only to find a big dent in the body work above the drivers wheel. I am certain this happened while the car was being washed as the car is in immaculate condition but they are of course not claiming any responsibility. I observed how they clean the wheels with a hard tipped metal gun which has clearly been dropped on my car. Do not take your car to this car wash [redacted due to generalisations] due to carelessness and a pathetic attitude towards clients.

Shame about some of these reviews. I actually had a really good experience getting my car washed from here and was really happy with it. I think it was worth the cost of getting it done as compared to washing it myself

I wouldn't go to this car wash again , they have no idea or interest in caring for your car , or about how to look after the soft top fabric , and thought it a great joke when I pointed out that you just don't wash it like a hard top

i was told my car was so dirty it would need the top of the line was. cost me $350 after a discount and they broke my seat covers and poured water in my USB reader when i complained.
