The service was not up to the expectation level.they have charged us 40$ for cleanup Ng and hasn't cleaned everything properly. Needs to improveon the work and customer service.

My sons have both raged about this business. I had my car cleaned here before selling it off. I didn't really have problems with them, even though the quality and service were not great.
I only used them because I was extremely busy, I would look elsewhere before using this business again.
I also think the staff need to improve their communication skills

My mate just got his skyline last week, and we went to get it cleaned.

Big mistake.
First of all, their options were very unclear and difficult to read. they had all these different kinds of cleans, didn't allow us to customise at all.

Price wise I think we paid 40 or $45
for in and out job, no bonnet or wheels.

Now, they didn't clean out the ashtray. YES we asked for in and out but nope.... they too good for emptying out your tray.

What's amazing is that they told us the wash would take 20 to 30 min. We gave them the key and paid, and walked off, as we were walking off to chatwood chase one of the workers call us telling us 'to be back by 6:30, as they close at that time'

that was in 15 min or less. we were bummed out but okay, we came back in 15, got the car, we were okay with the out side but were unhappy with the inside. They rushed so much that they forgot to empty the ashtray come on.

If the job was well done it would be worth the money. But it wasn't the case here clearly.

They sold me on a $99 car wash which I thought would be a better wash than my local service station, but turn out to be that the carpets not vaccuumed properly and many of the interior errors still dusty. This is the worst and most expensive car wash cafe I've ever tried.

Even my dog could do a better job. There were sponge marks still left all over my car, and it looked as if it was never vaccuumed in the first place. I was very disappointed and had them to redo it until I was satisfied. It was extremely pricy too and if this was the level of service I was receiving, I would definitely never return.
